**About Onetrak**:
Onetrak has rapidly grown into a major player in the Australian heavy equipment industry. Home to some of the largest brands within the earthmoving and construction, forestry, material handling and quarry industries. Onetrak offers new and used machine sales, hire equipment, service and parts. Onetrak was recently judged number-one for the Australian Earthmoving Service Department of the Year award.

Today employing over 100 people across Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia, Onetrak prides itself on the quality of its people, carefully chosen from a diverse range of backgrounds within the industry with one common trait - a desire to exceed customer expectations.

**About the role**:
Your role will be diverse and operational, focusing on managing and executing marketing activities and managing projects in close co-operation with several business stake holders and colleagues.
- Develop and manage internal and external communications
- Advertisement in print, digital, radio and TV
- Managing projects from start to finish including advertising campaigns, editorials & print material
- Social media management across various platforms
- Events management and execution including trades shows, field days & product launches
- Liase with industry associations on sponsorships and memberships
- Manage internal communications including the Onetrak newsletter
- Liase with HR around people and recognition initiatives
- Plan and execute all branding
- Build and manage relationships with media partners and industry associations
- Develop lead generation campaigns

**About you**:

- A degree in marketing or proven experience in a similar role
- A down to earth positive person with practical experience managing events
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite is preferrable
- An ability to work autonomously and as a close knit team
- An ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail is a must
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build great relationships
