Arc’teryx is seeking a Community Marketing Ambassador to join our team in Tasmania. This role offers the opportunity to represent Arc’teryx within the vibrant Tasmanian outdoor community, engaging in meaningful connections, hosting events, and driving brand presence through community-focused initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the face of Arc’teryx in Tasmania's outdoor community, fostering relationships and facilitating events.
- Implement and support the regional community marketing event calendar, including setup, hosting, teardown, and liaising with stakeholders while managing demo products.
- Maintain ongoing communication with local partners and ambassadors to ensure smooth event execution, generate content, and support community initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Community Marketing Coordinator to assist in developing and refining community strategies.
- Oversee updates to the Brand Store’s community zone as directed.
- Provide regular reports on local community events and initiatives.
- Assist with community activations for wholesale partners as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong connection to the Australian outdoor industry, with experience in rock climbing, hiking, trail running, or snow sports.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
- Proficiency in managing logistics and timelines effectively.
- A passion for community engagement, outdoor events, and building partnerships.
