**Your Impact**

We’re looking for a hands-on, optimistic and detail orientated Events & Duty Manager who has a proven record building, training and developing teams. Bring your passion for exceptional customer service to lead, inspire and engage an enthusiastic team to deliver an authentic brand immersion.

This role will be responsible for leading by example while developing and training others at our **Cascade Brewery Bar in South Hobart, Tasmania.**

**_ Full-time role, working 38 hours p/week, rotating roster Mon-Sun, some Weekend and night shifts required._**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strive to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and brand immersion in our venue.
- Assist with people management and training for bar and waitstaff.
- Oversee events coordination and liaison, while maintaining a quality food service.
- Provide input into rostering and assist with building the team up for summer.
- Be the main point of contact for function enquiries.

**About You**

Looking for an individual that can work autonomously, takes initiative to solve problems and demonstrates a proactive mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Duty Manager, Events or Restaurant management experience in high volume venues.
- High levels of initiative, motivation, leadership and effective verbal and written communication.
- Must have a valid RSA certificate.
- Effective time management and experience delivering on KPIs
