**About the opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and take ownership all marketing initiatives.
- Provide guidance to and manage an in-house Marketing Coordinator.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive leads.
- Manage SEO/Google Ad Word agencies to maximize search engine rankings.
- Coordinate and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer appreciation events.
- Manage various social media campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create basic designs using Canva or Adobe Suite to support marketing initiatives.

**What are we looking for?**

We're looking for an experience and skilled Marketing Manager or Marketing Generalist/ Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.
- Minimum 2-3 years professional marketing experience (either in house or agency)
- You bring expertise in driving development of marketing strategies, brand and campaign assets, sales collateral, budget allocation and tracking.
- Strong
- Proven track record and confidence with copy writing and content creation to translate technical solutions into compelling customer focused content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Proficient in using Adobe Suite or Canva
