Permanent Part Time HR Manager Role - 21 Hour Per Week - Inner East Location 2 Days Pw - WFH 1 Day Pw

**Your new company**
A mid-sized Aged Care provider, this leading Not for Profit supports the local community across aged care, disability services, meals on wheels and more. They have a small corporate team and a large operational outfit. Based in the Inner East of Melbourne close to the train line and with onsite parking.

**Your new role**
You will be the sole HR Practiconer for the organisation, partnering with the CEO you will own the HR function and be responsible for:

- End to end policy review & maintenance
- End to end recruitment
- Onboarding & employee experience
- Managing low level employee relations matters
- Interpretation of Awards & EBAs
- Providing advice & coaching Managers

**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a generalist HR role is essential for success in this role, you will have experience with interpretation of awards, ideally within the health or aged care space. Your experience will cover end to end recruitment, compliance and onboarding. You will be a team player, open to new ideas and with a good sense of humour and a strong understanding of HR best practise,

**What you'll get in return**
A part time 21 hours per week role on a permanent basis. You will work for an innovative and leading NFP in the aged care sector, working to support the local community. The part time hours can be worked across 3/4/5 days, with the preference for 2 days onsite. Salary for the FTE is $100k + super + salary packaging.
