Based in Eastern Creek, you will support the onsite HR team of this busy Food Packing and Distribution business.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, your responsibilities will cover:

  • Drive efficient workforce planning and rostering to ensure optimal staffing levels across all East Coast distribution centre operations
  • Administer accurate and timely payroll processing through diligent timesheet management and ADP reconciliation, ensuring compliance
  • Facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, acting as a key liaison with staffing agencies and managing essential compliance checks
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and supporting timely reporting
  • Provide effective employee relations support, including the drafting of disciplinary documentation and resolution of HR cases
  • Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives by administering training modules and maintaining certification records

Hours of work (all onsite)

Monday 6:00am start

Tuesday - Friday (flexible with start time) 6:00am/7:00am/8:00am

Please note you must be available to commence Monday 29th October and that this role will initially be offered as a 3 month fixed term contract.
