We are currently partnering with a reputable and forward thinking brand with great values who put their people at the forefront of everything they do. Due to a maternity leave replacement we are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Advisor to join this incredible team on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will support the business across multiple sites in the outer south eastern region with all day to day general HR functions. As part of your role you will be highly present on each of the sites giving you the diversity to spend your week working in the office, at each of the two sites and from home 2 days a week. This highly flexible role will include the following duties:

- Facilitate end to end recruitment across the sites including interviews, reference checks, compliance
- Managing all general HR queries from employees across the business relating to pay, leave, ER and IR
- Fulfill and coordinate onboarding processes for new starters
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Partner and build relationships with managers and team leaders across the organisation
- Support the Safety Officer with any workplace incidents
- Support the management of data and compliance

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree or certificate In HR or related area
- Knowledge of employee relations, awards, national employment standards, Fair Work Act and relevant legislations
- Experience within a blue collar / manufacturing working environment is required
- Presence to be onsite and you must have a relatable and approachable nature
- High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A solutions focus and good problem solving skills
- Strong systems experience to improve process and workflow.

- $80,000 - 85,000 + super is on offer based on experience
