**Your new company**
A family owned local food manufacturing company which has been operating for over 50 years. Their product range now consists of over 350 individual food packaging items.
**Your new role**
- Manage the administration of all matters relating to the employment lifecycle including; recruitment, induction, injury management, rehabilitation, workers' compensation, performance management, training and development, data collection and reporting.
- Facilitate injury management activities of both work-related and non-work-related illness/injuries, focussed on an ‘early intervention’ approach to optimise recovery/outcomes.
- Support and assist employees to contribute positively to their overall employment experience.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum two years administrative experience, ideally within HR
- Knowledge and Understanding of current HR processes and practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Advanced MS Office skills
- A Positive team player approach
