This role is with a well-known hospitality group based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

**Your new role**

In your new position you will be managing all elements of HR including performance management, rewards and recognition, recruitment, succession planning etc. You will be advising managers on the end-to-end employee lifecycle along with assisting in identifying learning and development needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role you will need to have previous HR experience within the hospitality industry. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with all levels of the business. You will also be able to work well under pressure with strong organisational skills to manage projects.
