**Your new company**

A fast-growing company absolutely taking off in the automotive space with more big plans to grow over the next few years. Located in the south-east, this company of approximately 300 staff are looking for a HR Administrator to support these growth plans through HR projects, as well as provide support to the wider team and recruitment initiatives.

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you report to the HR Director and work closely with the HR team both intra
- and interstate. You will be responsible for a variety of generalist activities, including:
Contract management (new and amendments)- Management of the HRIS and basic HR reporting- Projects & Engagement- Onboarding & offboarding- Plus more as you continue to grow in the role

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this position, you must have:
HR qualifications or experience within the HR function- A driven, self-starter attitude- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- HRIS experience would be beneficial

**What you'll get in return**- Flexible hours/days - 32 hours/week (0.8FTE)- $65k + super (FTE)- A supportive team and manager providing strong mentorship and training while allowing for autonomous work- Flexibility to work remotely a couple of days/week- Growth and opportunity to be part of a company in an exciting time of expansion
