**Your new company**
This established organisation, run a wide variety of programmes, across the globe and work in partnership with their clients to provide learning solutions.
**Your new role**
A contract role has become available for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Administrator, to join the team and reporting to the HR Director.
Commencing asap, this role will continue for the next 3 to 4 months.
Main duties will include:
- Provide administration support to the HR Director
- Manage contract renewals and updates
- Monitor the HR inbox
- Monitor annual leave requests
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff
- Updating compliance documents and relevant paperwork
- Maintain and update staff records on the HR database
- All adhoc duties, as requested.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will have proven experience, in a HR administration role and be able to hit the ground running.
You will be highly organised, thrive working in a busy team environment and meeting competing demands with ease.
You will have exceptional MS Word and Excel skills and pick up new databases, with ease.
**What you'll get in return**
