The Administrator role's are a full-time position based in Brisbane with prime responsibility for providing program support and administration services for Energy Skills Queensland's (ESQ):

- SkillPASS competency management system.
- Training programs.

The role will report to SkillPASS Client Success Manager and Corporate Services Director and will also work closely with other ESQ functions including the Workforce Skilling, SkillPASS and Corporate Services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Specific administration of the SkillPASS cloud-based competency management system, this includes verifying and managing data, customer helpdesk services via phone, as well as generating and printing digital SkillPASS cards and invoices. Cards and arranging invoices.
- Maintenance of Customer Relationship Management systems and contact databases as well as using information from those systems, such as Job Role Matrix, Skills Matrix and Profile extracts in preparing reports.
- Administrative responsibilities associated with other designated ESQ programs including training, and ESQ’s online competency management and induction systems.In addition to proven administrative experience, you have excellent client liaison and customer service skills. You are conversant with the Microsoft Office suite, which when coupled with your strong time management skills, make you a reliable resource within your team. As a self-starter, you take responsibility for tasks, pride in the quality of your results and are held in high regard by your peers.

**Previous experience**

This role would suit someone who has skills or experience in the following:

- Customer Service Officer
- Operations Coordinator
- Onboarding Coordinator
- Administration Assistant
- Accounts Receivable/Payable advantageous
- MYOB experience beneficial but not essential

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary package, dependent on experience, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
