**About this opportunity**
Home Instead are in an exciting period of growth, which means the Finance team is expanding The Finance Administrator is a newly created position and will perform a variety of duties to manage the financial administration of the Home Instead National Office including accounts payables, accounts receivables, and bank reconciliation.
This position also provides support to the network: including both corporate and franchise offices regarding transactional tasks and system enquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities
- Bank, credit card and statement reconciliations
- Handling and the ability to deal with client/supplier queries
- Manage ageing debtors and creditors to ensure all invoices are received/paid within appropriate timeframes
- Administer employee expense claims and employee credit cards
- Maintain and prepare bills for review and payment by the Finance Manager
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month end activities
- Provide support for new offices and troubleshooting for existing offices as required.
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance role
- Relevant accounting, finance or related qualification would be advantageous
- Preferably be experienced in using Reckon, Netsuite or similar size ERPs
- Demonstrated competency in the use of MS Office Suit
- Accurate data entry and administration skills
