About this opportunity

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven People & Culture Administrator to join our dynamic team in our Brisbane Inner West office This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional who has a keen interest in launching their career in Human Resources.

The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture Team by ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration (70%)
    • Enter and maintain accurate employee information into the system while monitor compliance for internal policies, state and federal regulations
  • Oversee and participate in the planning of the quarterly Caregiver meetings.
  • Responsible for organising and planning workload according to personal and team objectives
  • People & Culture (30%)
    • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, including liaising with the relevant teams to complete interviews, welcome e-mails, trainings and office onboarding.
  • Develop and implement a range of communication strategies to ensure all caregivers are engaged and feel supported.

About you

  • Motivated and detail-driven administrative professional with the ability to take ownership and get things done.
  • A passion for people, culture and engagement with the ability to help build an inclusive, collaborative workplace and handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
  • A qualification in Business or Human Resources desired
  • Confident, clear, and personable in both writing and conversation.
  • Strong computer literacy and accurate data-entry abilities, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.
