**The Role**

In this position you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a commercial real estate office and providing essential support to our client’s real estate professionals. In addition to the hands on experience you'll receive, you'll be able to utilise your organisational skills to help provide and improve administrative tasks within the business.

If you're wondering what your day to day will look like, you'll typically find yourself:

- Maintaining and updating office records, including property listings, client databases, and financial documents
- Assisting in preparing and proofreading contracts, form 6s and reports to clients
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing brochures, information memorandums, submissions, social media posts, signboards, mailouts, invoices and property listings for online platforms
- Conducting basic research on properties, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Managing the internal CRM system

Though, it doesn't hurt to also have;
- Proactive nature with demonstrated initiative and creativity
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills with fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a high paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be an advantage
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and processes will be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
