**About your role**
Due to upcoming parental leave we currently have an opportunity to join us as our Talent Acquisition Manager in the People & Culture team, on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Play a hands-on role in the day-to-day recruitment of a high volume of mid-senior positions across the entire organisation
- Lead and manage a small team to ensure quality and timely outcomes in line with the IXOM business strategy
- Provide coaching and expert advice on recruitment processes as required
- Build strong relationships with P&C Business Partners, leaders and hiring managers across all levels of the organisation
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on various metrics including days to fill, internal hires, diversity statistics and recruitment requisition status
- Utilisation of SuccessFactors recruitment module
- Keep abreast of market, industry, and talent trends which are relevant to recruitment and share knowledge and findings throughout the team
- Identify and maintain competitive intelligence on key industry talent, building a talent pipeline to ensure we can quickly approach top talent ahead of our growth needs
**Who are we looking for?**
- Tertiary education in an HR or business-related discipline is preferred
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a senior recruitment role, ideally within a leadership capacity
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and currently playing a hands-on role in your current organisation
- Experience in the manufacturing, industrial or chemical related industries will be highly advantageous
- A thorough understanding of employment related legislation as it relates to recruitment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, needs driven environment while providing support to your peers
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Success Factors would be ideal but not essential
