**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to determine recruitment requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactively partner with the business to understand the recruitment forecast
- Design and deploy fit-for-purpose talent attraction strategies
- Cultivate and manage talent pools aligned with our critical talent segments

**Skills**
- 3+ years’ experience working in an internal or agency role recruiting in the Engineering space.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building strong internal relationships.
- Consultative and proactive approach

**Typical Experience/Qualifications**
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment role with a successful track record of hiring top talent, ideally within the Engineering, Construction or Mining sector
- Optional - Relevant Tertiary Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology etc
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel in particular)
- Previous experience with Live Hire will be very well regarded
