**Talent Acquisition Manager - Remote Full-Time - Melbourne-Based**

With 44 venues and plans for global growth in 2025, we’re looking for someone to lead our Talent Team and help drive our recruitment efforts. **About the Role**
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition team and reporting into the General Manager
- Operations. You'll be responsible for executing our talent acquisition strategies, leading our Talent Acquisition Specialists, implementing innovative recruitment processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving strong outcomes through effective talent acquisition practices.
**What You’ll Do**
Lead a high performing Talent Acquisition Team across both Sydney and Melbourne.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, offer expert advice, and align strategies with business objectives.
Develop and update recruitment policies and processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and efficacy objectives are achieved.
Lead initiatives to actively promote and grow Yo-Chi’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand.
Analyse reporting across recruitment metrics, spend and KPI’s and provide data driven insights to the business, key stakeholders and external partners.
**What We’re Looking For**
5+ years of recruitment experience, in either/both internal and agency settings.
1+ years of leadership and people management experience.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing internal talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and employer branding initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams.
Ability to balance competing priorities and drive recruitment excellence in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with JobAdder, Tanda and Referoo or similar tools is preferable.
Knowledge of employment law, regulations and basic HR principles.
A can-do person who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate - bringing the Chi to everything they do
