In partnership with The Talent Mill Recruitment division - we are now seeking a dynamic and energetic retail leader to join their head office in a newly created role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator - focused on infusing their business with exceptional retail talent.

This role is best suited to someone who is inspired by a field based role, you will use your strong retail network to leverage and build strong resourcing pipelines. This is a role where you will be working across boutiques that require additional recruitment support or running state led group interviews

**Recruitment & Talent Management**
- Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle for Retail across Australia in partnership with Boutique Managers, Area Managers and State Managers
- lodging and managing job advertisements
- Training Retail leaders on talent acquisition and interviewing best practice
- Assisting in onboarding and off boarding process
- Assist Managers in identifying top talent, and coach Managers on succession planning
- Proactively source retail talent in the field
- Organise and run state group interviews including Christmas Casual recruitment drives to infuse the right people into the right roles.

**What we are looking for**:
This is the ideal role for a Retail Recruiter looking for an inhouse role, a Senior Store Manager responsible for State Recruitment or who has worked on Christmas Casual recruitment
- A significant level of retail management experience and evident experience working on recruitment projects
- Passion for people and all facets of HR
- A strong networker - you are a dynamic people person who can leverage your relationships
- Exceptional understanding of luxury customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Creative problem solving with strong business acumen and solid thought process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task
- Tech savvy with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work at pace and manage multiple projects at once
- Flexibility to travel in the field four days a week with one day a week of WFH or in the office
