We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee recruitment strategies and attract top talent.

Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment expertise.
  • Source and attract top talent through innovative recruitment channels and methods.
  • Oversee the on boarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the business services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
