**The Opportunity**:
We’re on the hunt for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with a flair for customer/client service and a can-do attitude.

Based in our Global Head Office in Brisbane or from our beautiful Melbourne office, you’ll be part of a supportive team that will see you working with our clients and providing them with an outsourcing option for all their recruitment needs. We think of ourselves as an extension of their own HR teams - giving you exposure to a range of industries.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering a proactive and consultative approach to managing the recruitment needs and experiences of the HR Team and Hiring Managers;
- Engaging with and managing Stakeholder Relationships;
- Using our recruitment software technology to its full potential; and
- Reporting on KPIs to ensure consistent and quality delivery of services.

**Who we’re looking for**:
We’re flexible on your level of experience in recruitment. Your stellar communication skills and willingness to learn (regardless of experience level) will be key to your success.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable approach to work and comfortable with an ever changing environment

- Experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment processes

**The Benefits**:
In return for your hard work and dedication**, your expected first-year earnings will be circa $60,000 - $70,000 (inclusive of incentives).**
