Now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the existing TA team, you will work to ensure the TA team provides a strong recruitment service across predominantly the corporate services portfolio.

Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop the talent acquisition consultants and specialists within the team.
- Identify areas of improvement throughout the recruitment process, introducing any changes to ensure a smooth recruitment process for hiring managers.
- Create talent pipelines in line with future role forecasts.
- Work across the full recruitment process for senior level, or tough to fill positions.
- Project manage recruitment projects as and when required.

To be successful within the role you will bring:

- Experience working within a similar senior TA Lead or TA Manager position.
- Corporate or head office recruitment experience.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box when it comes to talent acquisition and sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence.
- Prior experience managing a small team.
