**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client is an Australian privately owned Marine and Port Management company specializing in streamlined commercial Port services for both on and offshore clients.

After significant growth, they are looking for an Operational Support Officer to join their Perth team full time.

**THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting both base and land teams with service delivery
- Preparing management and execution plans
- Liaising with clients to better understand their needs
- Ensure all processes align with company’s values: Safety, Motivation & Empowerment, Reliability, Disruption & Innovation, Community and Sustainability

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven on the job experience within the Marine sector (essential)
- Tertiary degree of Business, HSE or Management (desirable)
- Understanding of Marine and Offshore needs
- Valid MSIC (desirable)
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage expectations, meet targets and work independently
