**About Your Team**:
The Service Delivery Group is responsible for meeting DHA’s objectives relating to the delivery of high-quality housing services, including, provisioning, maintenance services, stock management, housing allocation and living-in accommodation booking services.

Service Operations is responsible to provide property, tenancy and landlord management services in accord with DHA’s Asset Management Plan and its agreements with Defence. We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to provide administrative support within the Service Delivery Group.

This role is the face of DHA and its services to Defence Members and will work across various regions to support both Property and Senior Property Managers to ensure business continuity is maintained.

**Your Contribution**:

- Good interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to communication both orally and written to a diverse range of people
- The ability to work as a part of a small team whilst managing individual tasks and duties.
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Demonstrated capability managing sensitive and highly confidential information in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Ability to collaborate and positively engage with all internal and external stakeholders building positive working
relationships.

**This is a Non-Ongoing Engagement for a period of 12 months.**

**Order of merit** - Any merit pools established from this merit-based process will be valid for 18 months from the date of advertising. This merit pool may be used throughout this period to fill similar positions in the event positions become vacant.
