Are you an HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? Laser Clinics Group, the world’s leading cosmetic clinic group, is seeking a **Human Resources Advisor** to support our People initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, this role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a brand that helps people feel confident in their own skin while growing your HR expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide HR advice and support to managers, franchisees and employees across the ANZ network.
- Provide ER guidance, develop performance management resources, conduct HR onboarding and support case management.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives aligned with business goals, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and Franchise Partners
- Support engagement initiatives, employee wellbeing programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
- Maintain HR records, assist with reporting on key metrics, and support HRIS, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
- Promote workplace safety by supporting Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) initiatives and compliance activities.

**We’d Feel WOW if You Have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
- Knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and compliance within ANZ.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, WFS) is advantageous.
