Junior Human Resources Advisor - 6 month contract - Up to $40 per hour - Sydney Olympic Park
**Your new company**
Your new company is a critical security solutions innovator that is a major supplier to the Australian government looking for a Human Resources Administrator/Junior Human Resources Advisor to join their HR shared services team on an initial contract of 6 months with a view to permanency.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Play a central role as a first point of contact to various management and employees across Australia in delivering specialist advice and support on a variety of people issues, HR matters, enterprise agreements and other related terms and conditions
- Drive continuous improvement processes to ensure consistent levels of customer service, efficient employee support and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction
- Utilise Workday and a variety of other internal tools, dashboards and metrics
- Supporting ad-hoc HR Projects, various cyclical activities and other projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will ideally:

- Hold a third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Have demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience with workday would be a significant advantage
- Hold working rights that would allow you to be made permeant in this position
