**The role**

We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join the People & Culture team. This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney, and has the opportunity for hybrid working with some days required in the office.

Cater Care is experiencing rapid growth and the People & Culture team are key in the consolidation and transformation around employee engagement, culture and a range of Human Resources processes. This is a newly created role adding to the team to enable liaison with senior stakeholders, continuation of day to day HR and also ensuring a range of improvement and changes projects are continued.

**You will work across a wide range of HR generalist areas including**:

- Communicating with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and provide Human Resources support
- Leading the Human Resources communications to the business across a range of media to ensure all employees are updated on initiatives across areas such as our Thrive Wellness program
- Managing the exit interviews for departing employees
- Creating and checking remuneration calculations for employees relating to Industrial Instruments and rostering methods
- Approving onboarding documentation from the HR Administration team
- Data management for a range of HR reports and dashboard
- Being a key member of the HR Information System implementation team

**To be successful in this role you will be**:

- An experienced HR generalist who can demonstrate ability in a customer focussed role in a fast paced environment
- Qualified in HR or other relevant areas of business ideally to Graduate level
- Have demonstrable experience with interpreting modern awards and agreements in the workplace
- A strong communicator with the demonstrated ability to consider your audience
- A data driven problem solver who enjoys using information to determine solutions and priorities
