**About you**
You’ve entered the world of human resources and have some experience under your belt. Bonus points if you have some experience in a community services organisation. Extra bonus points if you have a story about how you got into HR that involves a detour on the way. We love people with life experiences.

You understand the basics of awards, enterprise agreements, and performance, and have some experience supporting leaders with employee matters when things aren’t going well. You are practical and curious and can connect with people across the business to understand their needs and challenges to develop solutions that work. Importantly you understand human resources isn’t about blindly following a process. It’s about real human people who work with, and support, real human people.

**About the role**
The HR Advisor is a new role that will support three HR Business Partners and two HR Coordinators. You’ll be joining our HR Operations team which includes our Rostering teams.

We’re flexible with location, however being able to work from Mt Druitt or Allambie Heights will make it easier to connect with a HR Business Partner in person. Don’t worry, we love some work from home action too.
