**About the Company**

We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Advisor to join a large NSW Government organisation. The role works with people partner teams to deliver against current and future workforce management project and initiatives.

**About the Role**
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with People and Culture systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information has integrity, is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Research, gather and collate information and data as required for program and change, project planning and reporting and forecasting purposes
- Undertake meeting and event coordination including scheduling, preparation of agendas and minutes and collating and analysing feedback from business units to support effective collaboration and consultation with client business areas on workforce management projects and initiatives
- Support people partner teams to effectively manage the impact of transformational change through providing routine and ad-hoc reports and insights to people partners to ensure informed business decisions are made regarding planning and resource allocation

**About you**
- Balancing the competing needs and expectations of stakeholders, given the range of different support service requirements during transformational change
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in providing support services in Human Resources or related discipline
- A sound working knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practice
- Demonstrated experience with HR Systems
