Sydney, Australia Challenger Services Group Full time

**The role**:
Due to growth within the business, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for delivering operational HR support to a variety of staff working within the Cleaning and Hospitality Industry as well as deliver generalist HR advice to our Operations team.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Business or Human Resources (desirable)
- High attention to detail, adaptable and have a pro-active approach.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to set work priorities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- Experience and/or interest in implementing and refining systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- Relevant experience in a busy and time sensitive Human Resources role
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders providing advice and guidance
