**Business Transformation Manager - People Services**

This role leads a team that partners with business owners and implementation partners to enable the delivery of an end to end people services operating model in conjunction with implementing our new SAP SuccessFactors suite, rostering, time and attendance, learning management and a one stop shop portal for employees. Your strong skills and experience with activities such as process definition, creating support teams, change management activities, end user training development & delivery and communications management will see you succeed in this role.

You will work closely with the People Leadership team, Program Delivery leaders and operational business representatives to design, develop and implement the business process & support functions along with managing the solution deployment activities across change, communications and training activities.

**About the Role**

In this role you will manage a team of resources to help you:

- Co design and plan the transformation of the end-to-end people processes with key stakeholders and implement a shared services operating model to coincide with the large people systems transformation, maintaining a continued focus on supporting and simplifying work for operational management & support teams
- Develop and implement holistic deployment plans to manage the change impacts, training requirements and group wide communication activities in alignment with the system deployment strategy
- Partner with Technology leads to ensure the effective operational management and support functions are in place to provide best in class user support services as we transition our employees onto our new Success Factors and Kronos solutions
- Manage relationships with internal leaders, key external suppliers, partners and organisations relevant to the program
- Leverage better practice through listening and learning with internal and external teams and networks
- Be the voice of the business in leadership discussions and forums to ensure solutions are delivered from a team experience perspective

**About You**

Your strategic end-to-end approach, ability to influence and engage your stakeholders and demonstrated ability to deliver large scale transformational change at a national scale, will all be essential to your success in this role.

You will need to be innovative, agile and flexible in ways of working and dealing with risks and issues that arise. You will also be able to demonstrate:

- **Extensive experience in business and IT systems transformation, driving & delivering organisational change, particularly across HR Services such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Learning, Safety and Payroll solutions**:

- **Experience in defining and executing a business operating model to deliver sound structured capability and end user support**:

- **Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to co-create strategic plans and solutions to meet business requirements**:

- **Experience working effectively in a matrixed delivery model, taking the lead to ensure that all parties come together collaboratively and effectively**:

- **Proven experience in project delivery involving process & systems design, ideally within a shared services model**:

- **Proven experience managing** **and delivering change management, training and communications activities to deliver solutions to large displaced workforces**
