**About the Opportunity**

The Solution Manager is a key role in our Data team, combining their expertise in technology and business acumen to bridge the gap between Technology and Business/Product teams, ensuring that proposed solutions align with both business strategy and technology strategy.

This role acts as a trusted advisor, providing technology considerations into business strategy and prioritisation discussions, supporting initial high level solution option discussions. The role also facilitates the engagement of the relevant technology and data governance & privacy teams to support delivery of the product/business missions.

This role brings business strategy and requirements to the platform teams, providing input into the platform technology roadmaps, ensuring that the platform provides the features required for the business teams to meet business strategy. This role comes with Line Management and delivery accountability.
- Act as the key technology stakeholder for business/product teams, participating in Business strategy and roadmap discussions, bringing technology considerations into those discussions
- Provide platform feature requirements to the data and integration platform team/s (in line with business roadmaps)
- Collaborate with business/product and technology stakeholders to align technology and business/product teams
- Facilitate engagement between technology and data governance & privacy teams and the product/business team delivering a mission to ensure that technology and data governance & privacy policies are adhered to
- Prepare and review a range of documentation, both technical and business-facing
- Maintain a strong understanding of the business processes and context for the relevant domain/function
