**About the role**
As the Project Support Specialist | Transformation, you will be a key driver in the creation and evolution of tactical and strategic workstreams, and help manage and coordinate project teams and key stakeholder input and engagement.
- You will be the initial point of contact for system and process related queries into the project team during discovery, development and implementation phases of multiple projects.
- You will help plan, support and facilitate the workshops, discovery and feedback sessions, and be central to project milestone delivery.
- You will be the main point of contact for Merchandise teams, and provide guidance and leadership on initiatives with other business units (i.e. Operations, BSS and Replenishment)
- You will support with the creation, analysis and development of process documentation, Including validation, exception tracking and risk identification
- Utilising your strong relationship management and team engagement skills you will question, challenge and build advocacy from team members to build an improvement mindset and advocacy approach from all project SME’s and stakeholders.
- You will develop and deliver training material to the merchandising community as a key part of the project team.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will be adaptable, open to change and will have a creative flair with a growth mindset.
You’ll also demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- Proven and demonstrated understanding of process improvement methodology.
- A proven track record of utilising your network to solve problems and/or gain expert advice demonstrated experience in planning, building and delivering training content.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team.
- Proven Stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining process documentation.
- Advanced experience in SAP, PMR, and Google functions (desirable).
- Understanding of BWS/Dans Buying processes and structure (desirable).
