The BDM leads efforts to identify new business opportunities, secure contracts, and build strong client relationships. This position requires a proactive professional with demonstrated experience in the cleaning or facility services sector, who can deliver valuable insights and drive company success.

*Key Responsibilities:**

  • Source and secure new commercial and residential cleaning contracts

  • Foster lasting relationships with clients and partners

  • Develop sales strategies and deliver impactful presentations

  • Lead the preparation of tenders and negotiate service agreements

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth insights

  • Boost customer satisfaction and retention rates

**Requirements:**

  • Proven BDM experience, ideally within the cleaning or facility services industry

  • Deep understanding of cleaning services and client expectations

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently toward ambitious targets
