Endeavour's transformation is one of the largest and most complex retail transformations in the region. This is a unique, long term opportunity to be part of a transformation of this size and complexity.

**About the Opportunity**

The Head of Change Management will be responsible for providing the Endeavour Group with an understanding of the impacts of all change, both internal and external.

In this role you will lead a team of specialised Change specialists and delegate the day-to-day management and delivery of change to the relevant team members, allowing them to focus on setting and managing strategic change programs.

Your initial areas of focus will be associated with the One Endeavour Transformation but will also collaborate with the Executive team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the impacts of transformative change on the business, as well as driving the delivery of change in a professional and sustainable manner.
- Manage the change pipeline, ensuring that Endeavour Group is positioned to respond and adapt to significant anticipated changes.
- Provide portfolio management for all change activities across the organisation, and managing any transformational changes in the pipeline.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of the overarching change process, standards and templates is used to enable a consistent approach to change management where possible.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
You are adaptable, pragmatic and open minded with demonstrated experience in effecting behavioural change across large-scale and/or multidisciplinary functional environments.

You will bring this transformation to life for our team members and ensure all business users are aware of its purpose,content and timelines.
- Prior Change Manager Lead experience in a complex & matrixed environment.
- Ability to align change management plans with operational and functional planning
- An understanding of enterprise technology processes and systems and their organisational implications for ERP implementations (e.g., SAP Solutions Suite (SAP S/4Hana preferred).
- Understanding of the retail environment, and ability to identify the most effective change management strategies is desired but not essential.
- Ability to think critically - now and into the future
