**About the Opportunity**

The Supplier Engagement Solutions Manager is a key leadership position within the CRM, Supplier and Engagement Technology Group.

The role is responsible for the strategic alignment, technology roadmap and day-to-day running of the technology platforms, tools and technical resources/capabilities for all digital experiences for our Suppliers across a diverse group of drinks and hospitality brands.

In a new function in a rapidly expanding organisation this new role will have end to end responsibility for the transformation of our existing Supplier or SRM capabilities including vendor & SI management, replatforming and developing new business critical core capabilities in this space. We want to be a retailer of choice for our suppliers and our ambition is to deliver ways of working and systems to make it simple, intuitive and easy to do business with Endeavour Group.
- Develop fit for purpose technology architecture and roadmap for a diverse range of Supplier use-cases from onboarding, article management through to optimisation and retail merchandising across SRM & Digital technologies.
- Deliver platforms that align with the enterprise architectural principles and standards, and meets business & supplier needs
- Identify opportunities to deliver innovative solutions to enhance our Customers experience
- Platform governance and compliance management
- Engagement and delivery responsibility in working with delivery partners and vendors to deliver appropriate solutions for our business

- Build strong relationships with leaders and users across our merchandising group to understand not just their vision for a friction free supplier engagement experience but also what our suppliers need to achieve their outcomes.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Experience in scoping, delivering and productionising Supplier engagement and relationship management solutions with a focus on friction free onboarding and service in large retail environments
- Experience delivering technology strategies
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and directions
- Ability to engage at all levels and communicate clearly and concisely
- Experience managing technology delivery teams and partnering with vendors
- Competent in financial management of capital and operational expenditure
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation
- Enthusiastic and positive leader with a self-directed and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to think strategically and understand business dynamics
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Display passion for & responsibility to customer and partners
