**What you’ll do
As the Product Manager for App Acquisition and Retention, you will lead a cross-discipline squad to build tools and experiences that attract & retain customers to the Woolworth App
- Focus on seamless acquisition and onboarding for new app customers
- Re-engage our customers through marketing automation Create sticky app only experiences like e-receipts
**What You’ll Bring**
To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
- Product Management expertise, including; Product Strategy, Prioritisation, Customer Research, Interpreting Data, Go-to-Market planning, Commercial Acumen and creating Product Roadmaps.
- Adaptive skills: Leadership, Decisiveness, Connection (Stakeholder Relationships & Influence), Evangelism (The Product & The Practice), Collaboration, Co-Creation (Team Partnering) and Communication skills.
- Previous app experience is desirable Prior growth experience is also advantageous
