**About the role**:
This is a casual position 15-25 hours per week with potential to move to permanent. Flexible availability required to work between the hours of 11am to 10pm Monday to Sunday, predominantly afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.

**What you'll do**:
- Service incoming customer queries, provide exceptional customer service whilst being an ambassador for the MILKRUN Brand
- Strive to respond to customers in a timely manner and a first call resolution
- Achieve or exceed individual and team Key Performance Indicators
- Continuously build rapport to develop customer loyalty
- Continuously growing your product knowledge
- Empower and support our team
- Identify innovation opportunities and communicate them to your Manager
- Support with onboarding and training of new teammates
