**Full Time Sales Manager required for Pilates Studio**
**(across multiple locations)**
**POSITION**:
Do you love making connections? Meeting new people? Helping people meet their fitness goals?
We are looking for an experienced full-time Sales Manager to develop and manage a team of Sales Coordinators across multiple fitness studios (St Leonards and Ashfield). The role will commence on a Part Time basis and will transition to Full Time employment.
Sales experience is a required and a fitness background (or knowledge) is preferred but not essential. Salary will be based on experience.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High sense of integrity, honesty, reliability and self-motivation
- Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
- Ability to coordinate and implement grassroots initiatives to drive lead generation
- Lead Management
- Following the process to convert Leads to Members
- New member acquisition and converting non-members to membership
- Member relations
- Build rapport and lasting relationships
- Generate referrals
- Collaborate with Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly and daily sale targets
- Conduct pre-planning on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure financial targets are met
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills required
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Sense of humour is a must You must be down-to-earth and highly approachable
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience (highly considered)
- Confident in generating personal sales and training the team in sales
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, diverse environment
- Ability to recognise areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- Problem solving skills
- An affinity and passion for gitness
- strong writing and grammatical skills
- Highly organised, proficient in data management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
- Be proactive - does not need to be told what to do
- Able to work both night and weekend shifts if required
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance
- Control earning potential with hitting kpi's
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
