**About the role**
**Main tasks**: The primary focus in this position is to develop a positive working relationship with your team to support them in meeting their goals and the overall sales budget.

**Other tasks**:

- **Create** and implement effective sales strategies
- **Develop** staff with a tailored approach and active coaching
- **Lead** monthly business reviews and analysis of portfolios
- **Manage** compliant use of business intelligence tools and the CRM
- **Demonstrate** your leadership and industry knowledge to help staff any hurdles
- **Liaise** with the broader business to improve strategy and market saturation
- **Attend** relevant training and networking events to continue to expand your contacts

- Degree qualifications in pharmacy, nursing, or business
- Successful history as a sales professional in medical devices or similar
- Experience leading a high-performing sales team
- A valid Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel regionally

**You will be highly regarded if you also have**:

- A completed MBA qualification and studies or working experience in marketing
- Demonstrable experience managing c-suite negotiation & state health contracts
- Experience leading a national team
