Our company is Asia Pacific’s leading inside sales & marketing company. Due to increased demand for our services and growth, we seek full-time or part-time Sales Development Reps (SDRs) / Business Development Reps (BDRs) to join our team. We pride ourselves on being the world's best Sales Development team for hire and as such you will have the chance to collaborate with some of the top players in the IT & Software industry in Asia Pacific and North America. We offer a "Catch and Release" program that allows our employees to be trained, mentored and showcased to our clients, with the opportunity to be “released” to the client to work in their business as a full-time employee. This is a fantastic opportunity and a great stepping stone for anyone looking to establish a career in the IT/software industry, or a student who is currently studying Information Technology at University. Our staff is working in our great office in Sydney CBD and we are only working during business hours, no weekend or public holiday work. Come join us and develop essential life-long sales and communication skills from a world-class team **Your role will involve, but not limited to**: - Working with our professional team to qualify prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients and/or our internal database - Work on a variety of call campaigns for our Asia Pacific and North American clients - Setting up appointments with prospects for our clients.
