Business Support Coordinator

Primary Objective
The Business Support Coordinator is required to provide assistance in delivering remuneration services to Members of Parliament, including administration of a range of allowances and entitlements in accordance with accountability provisions set out in the Members' Remuneration Handbook.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide advice and assistance to Members, Parliamentary Service staff and other stakeholders regarding the administrative requirements of the Members' Remuneration Handbook and the Parliamentary Service Staff Travel Policy.
- Liaise with Members, Parliamentary Service staff and travel service providers to coordinate official travel requirements in accordance with Parliamentary Service policies and guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing and assessing Member and staff entitlement claims for compliance against Parliamentary Service policies and guidelines.
- Assist with preparing a range of reports and analysis on entitlement claims.
- Develop and deliver training and educational support to Members, electorate officers and other stakeholders.
- Provide a range of financial and administrative support activities including:
- Processing relevant invoices
- Conducting data analysis
