**The Role**: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to be the trusted advisor to the team on all things marketing with a focus on market research and analysis, marketing strategy, branding, and end-to-end management of campaigns. We are looking for someone who can challenge thinking, influence change, and can provide robust strategies to unlock opportunities to drive growth. This is truly a great opportunity to unleash your creativity to execute marketing campaigns and attract business that increases brand awareness and pushes the company vision.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in a similar Marketing role
- Proficiency within the digital marketing space
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Experience in building journeys for customers, from lead generating to retention
- Proven experience developing marketing budgets and supporting documents
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEOs, AdWords)
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
- Proven examples of collaborating, negotiating, and communicating with a range of audiences and stakeholders both internal and external to an organisation
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
