**HR Administration Officer**
Integrated Support Personnel Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS service provider that provides supports to participants in the South East suburbs Melbourne.
Integrated Support Personnel is committed to empowering people with disability by providing quality supports from our support workers that are given the opportunity to develop in their knowledge with ongoing training to grow in their skillset, knowledge and understanding of NDIS practice standards and/or requirements.
This is to ensure the care and skill that each participant receives from Integrated Support Personnel are from employees that have been supported to grow in their professional development.
Integrated Support Personnel is looking for an energetic and proactive HR Administration Officer to provide support to all staff through regular informal supervision, whilst maintaining staff files to ensure compliance is met.

Reporting to the General Manager; you will be assisting with all facets of HR includingrecruitment, reporting, OHS, and administrative tasks.
**Location**:Mt Eliza, VIC
**Award**:Commencing at SCHADS Award Level 2 Pay Point 2 (negotiable based on level of experience)
This role is part-time casual (21 hours per week). Tuesday to Thursday 9am until 4pm.
**About the Position**
Some of the key duties in this role include:
- Assist at all points of the employee life cycle - including orientation, inductions, and reviews, exit interviews.
- Updating employee records in our Document Management System
- Managing training competency registers
- Producing reports as required by management; and other ad hoc HR/administrative duties including event management.
- Monitoring of expiration of NDIS Worker Screening Clearances and other forms of identification, certificates and checks required for each role.
- Enroll staff into eLearning modules to further develop knowledge gap.
- Provide informal weekly/fortnightly supervisions/debriefing.
- Assist Compliance Officer in collating employee self-assessments prior to formal supervisions being conducted.
- Extract data from our HR Document Management System employee program, report to Compliance Officer of employee/s non-conformance in acknowledgement of organisation requirements e.g., policy and procedure updates
- Create Employee Contracts

**Essential Criteria**
- Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and agree to provide pre-employment checks.
- Obtained NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (mandatory)
- Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, minimum.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Skills, knowledge, experience, qualification and/or training
- an appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed.
- will have attained previous experience in a relevant industry, service or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required.
- Competent in oral and written communication with staff, clients, and other members of the public
