**About Slade**:
Slade Health is a national sterile compounding service provider with TGA accredited manufacturing facilities based in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. As a well-established industry name, Slade has been producing aseptically compounded pharmaceutical products such as chemotherapy drugs for use by patients in hospitals for over 50 years.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this newly created role will see you support the administration of new staff recruitment and onboarding. The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book/Schedule job interviews for applicants deemed as suitable from Management/HR
- Coordinate on-site interviews, collate interview notes, ID/applicant documents
- Coordinate background checks / medicals with HR
- Facilitate job offers and new starter paperwork with HR
- Oversee onboarding requirements are in place for new starters
- Ad-hoc administration duties

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Previous administration experience, with use of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organisational skills
