What/'s on offer

- FIFO from Adelaide or DIDO from Whyalla or Port Augusta
- All accommodation and meals provided
- 4/3 or 5/2 roster
- 3-6 month contract with a view to permanency for the right candidate

Programmed is currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our client on a brand-new mining project in South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to help kick off a new project and be part of something up-and-coming, while joining a dynamic team on site with all travel and living arrangements covered.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to managers and employees on site
- Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate meetings/forums in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Manage data input, maintenance, and reporting across HR and communication systems
- Coordinate equipment acquisition and ordering of supplies
- Assist in implementation of administrative programs and functional initiatives
- Respond to enquiries within team SLAs, ensuring high quality customer service
- Process purchasing transactions in line with service agreements

What we/'re looking for

- Previous experience in administrative support, ideally in mining, construction, or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of HR, financial, and procurement management systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
