Westurban Construction is a fast growing construction company specialising in Multi-Unit Development, Medium Density and High-end Residential Build.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the advertising of job vacancies, focusing on platforms that reach professionals in the construction and building industry.
- Interview and assess applicants to ensure they possess the necessary skills for roles in construction management, project planning, and execution.
- Facilitate the selection and onboarding of staff capable of thriving in a demanding construction environment, while understanding the unique challenges of the industry.
- Maintain precise personnel records and utilize HR information systems to support effective management and compliance across multiple construction projects.
- Provide insights and updates on job vacancies to internal teams, emphasizing the importance of roles that support operational efficiency and project delivery.
- Advise management on labor relations, workplace safety, and compliance with construction industry standards and regulations.
- Handle performance management and disciplinary issues, using a constructive approach to foster a productive workplace.
- Stay informed on legislation and standards specific to the construction industry, ensuring all practices are compliant and up-to-date.
- Negotiate employment terms that support Westurban’s strategic objectives, focusing on efficiency and adaptability in the workforce.
- Implement HR initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and contribute to our strategic construction objectives.
- Support the development of workplace committees and employee involvement in continuous improvement efforts.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- At least one year of relevant working experience in Human Resource
- Proficient in using HR management systems and tools.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
