The National Account Manager will assist in the continued strategic growth and development of the Cogent business through activities which support our customers and generate revenue growth across Cogent products and services. Some local and interstate travel may be required for this role.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders from key clients, which may include regular meeting schedules, development of reporting, and presenting improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining account management plans for all key clients.
- Re-contracting and re-tendering of existing key clients at designated intervals to ensure ongoing success.
- Work collaboratively with the operational teams to ensure all customer SLA’s are being met, and development continuous improvement plans where necessary.
- Undertake market analysis, identify new markets and anticipate customer needs.
- Undertake administrative functions, including documentation of all account management activities utilising WHG's client database management system (CRM).

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification discipline is desirable in business, marketing or a related health discipline
- Knowledge of WorkCover legislation and premium drivers across several states.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of CRM software.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Proven account management or other relevant experience.
- Experience in occupational health, workers compensation or other relevant experience
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present to others.
- Technical knowledge.
- Time management skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Experience in generating and analysing data reports.
- Business acumen.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
