International FMCG PZ Cussons is currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will be an ambitious and commercially minded sales driven professional, with 2-3+ years' experience managing an account in FMCG environment.

The Role:
A great opportunity to join this high performing, fun and energetic team - you will report to the National Business Manager - Pharmacy/Independents. This role will be instrumental in PZC delivering on its' commitments and will oversee execution of some exciting plans that are in the pipeline.
You will become the Brand ambassador for our varied portfolio and be skilful and single-minded in your customer focus.
Specifically, this role will be responsible for:
- Establishing Joint Business Plans with Key External Stakeholders (Customers) including appropriate agreement on KPIs & targets, ensuring regular review of performance
- Achievement of Category Objectives (Financial & Market) at both brand & customer levels
- Formulation & implementation of short & long-term business plans for the key customer accounts
- Driving the achievement of planned Volume, Gross Sales, Gross Margin and CPA targets, ensuring profitable and sustained growth in accordance with business objectives & goals
- Supply of accurate & timely forecasts for new & existing category SKUs, consistency with Customer expectations (Targets/Standards)
- Achieving and exceeding Sales/Gross Margin & targets to ensure profitability
To be successful in the role:
You will be a natural at relationship building, authentic, proactive and positive in everything you approach. You are likely a driven team player, competitive with yourself to continue to improve and do better next time. Being commercially astute with an excellent sales track record of execution and love of driving the numbers. You'll do well if you are good at listening to understand the real and true needs of your customer.
You will ideally have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Marketing
- Strong corporate customer experience and a proven track record of over-delivering
- Superior account and project management skills
- A proven track record of delivering against stretch sales targets
- The desire and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Passion, commitment and drive to achieve results
Your previous years' experience will ideally have been in an FMCG organisation or aligned industry.
