The Company

The Opportunity
As part of Chobani's long-term vision to be "in every fridge, everywhere, every day" across Australian households, we're looking for a driven National Account Manager (NAM) to partner two of our fastest-growing retail accounts – Aldi and Costco, joining our growing Independents and Emerging Sales team.
This new role has been established to strengthen our focus on these trusted retail partners and to lead and accelerate the continued growth of our Aldi and Costco portfolios – across branded and private label – through strong commercial partnerships that create lasting mutual value.
You'll take the lead on the commercial strategy, planning, and execution across these fast-growing accounts, managing forecasting and trade spend along the way. Working closely with teams across Chobani, you'll be the voice of the customer and build genuine, trusted relationships with Aldi and Costco buyers. It's a great chance to make your mark in a booming category and work with retailers that share our energy and ambition.
Skills & Experience
Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:
• 5–7 years' experience in FMCG sales, including national or state account management roles (Aldi/Costco experience advantageous)
• The confidence to influence, negotiate, and lead conversations that create win-win outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen, demonstrated ability to deliver profitable growth, manage trade spend, and optimise margin
• A genuine curiosity and hunger to learn, grow and deliver results, proactive and self-driven nature
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
We're looking for someone who's commercially sharp, relationship-led, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth yet value-driven environment. This role could be a great fit for an up-and-coming sales professional with strong field and account management experience in consumer goods, or for a current NAM looking to be part of a fast-growing category with plenty of career potential.
Whilst you'll
be based at our Dandenong South head office where you will have access to a 3/2 hybrid working model
, free parking and unlimited free yoghurt whilst in the office, regular interstate travel every 6-7 weeks will also be required.
